~:Petal Shape for LAQ’s Neve Mesh Head

It has been such a awhile since my last post.  7 months to be exact!  Long enough for me to forget ALL my passwords and exactly how to post in WordPress! Eeek! Am hoping that this will work but we shall see!

While I may not have posted recently, I have been keeping a verrrry close eye on the Bento mesh heads! I have tried most of them and fiddled with those shape sliders with the gusto of an enthusiatic baker!   I also monitored the progress of Bento Mesh Heads over the past months. Ever cautious, I didn’t purchase one straightaway.  Instead, I had a lot of trying them all with different skin appliers. Although I did make a few shapes for friends during my experimentation!

And …*drumroll*….I bought my first one.    I purchased the Neve Head by LAQ which was on special offer just before Christmas.  And fortunately, Glam Affair also had LOLA Skin on offer at Kustom9 and the combination is rather excellent and super girly which is in keeping with what I like. 😀

The sliders were edited from every angle to achieve this effect and therefore this face is pretty unique.  You are welcome to try it on Markeplace and see what you think yourself!

Just one little caveat:

You must wear the recommended Eyebrows or you will get a different look.

PLUS, I used the customary striking Mayfly Eyes. Simply use the HUD provided to resize the eyes and move them inwards.  It can be a little tricky but if I can do it so can you!

The Jumpsuit

This is a great jumpsuit.  Simple and yet super sexy.  It doesn’t try too hard and you know it’s special.  I am tempted to get a few more colours to suit my mood.

The Gigi jumpsuit is by Clef de Peau who as you know tends to make skin.  But I love what they are doing in terms of clothes. Find this Jumpsuit at Kustom9. 🙂 For the other items in this look please see the previous post.

All ears…

Sometimes when you delve into your inventory you find all sorts of lovely creations which you should be wearing.  Like this cute Tapered Ears from Mandala.  Anyway, the look was created around these ears and everything you see I have had for awhile.  With the exception of the jumpsuit from Clef d Peau which I will be in the next post! 🙂 .  Skin is Glam Affair.  Donna Shape @ [CS Shapes] (face altered a little).  And Hair is Truth.  Unicorn Necklace by Atomic.  Eyes Mayfly. Pretty in black

Hihihihi!    Much as I love pastels (evidenced by the items posted in this blog), sometimes it’s nice to throw on something black and just go with it….especially if the look includes a few frills and a pretty headdress!

This look is by Tee*fy who tends to release small pieces which for the most part you can mix and match.  The Hana Skirt was actually a previous release at Collabor88 and she released the Rhea Unbuttoned Top in the current round. Result = cute combo!

Did you guys do the last round of Midnight Mania?  I did and picked up this Blanche Orange headand from Astralia.  I missed out on the other items though.  All I can say is get in there early next time girls!

Roses and Sequins

Hmmm…post party blues…*sniff*. So I popped into SL to snap a few pics to take my mind off all the bloody stupid things I said following to much rum punch.  Urg. lol.

As you can see this is a thrown together look but hopefully it works.   Though I hope you agree that roses and sequins are a perfect match, don’t you think?

I have been meaning to blog this lovely “Peace on Earth Asymmetric Suede Dress” from RAMA for awhile.  Fallon of RAMA does Suede and Jersey like no other and this is no exception!  A gorgeous dress in lots of pastel tones.  And you can get the Suede Choker above to match.  Simple yet fabulous.  ❤ 

Find this dress @ Dreamful.  Worth taking a look at this event before it ends.   You will be pleasantly surprised.  And the decor and theme are super cute. And there are some kiddie items there too for your child avas.

The cutest dress…love the shoulder leaves! I cobbled this look together from some new and old stuff…always the best way in my view..

I confess I never go mad at events….I tend to buy one or two pieces then spread the rest of the spend so I have something to look forward to.   I also add the buy from other events so you can create a cute look at anytime of the month.  In other words…never go crazy.  Spread the enjoyment if you can :D.  Anyway, am prattling….

Chow chow chop chop

Stylish yet simple look softened with a little pink! And below is the cutest dog ever!  How adorable is this Chow Chow by Pink Acid @ No21.  I looked them up btw.  I love the fact that Chow Chows are super independent dogs and rather aloof.  Also, apparently they are rather fiercely loyal.  However, this can translate into a little agrression which isnt a good thing  with kiddies around so you have to train them early so that they are more sociable.  That said, they are rather cuddly looking dogs and very adorablz <33
